It’s with ‘The Girls Next Door‘ and by becoming a playmate to playboy Hugh Hefner that Holly Madison became famous. The lady spent most of her childhood at Prince of Wales Island, Alaska and St. Helens, Oregon. Holly has a double degree in theatre and psychology from Portland State University. In 1999, Holly moved to Los Angles, in order to attend Loyola Marymount University, but she did not have the money to pay the university fee. To arrange the money for her college fee she competed to become a Hawaiian Tropical model and also worked at Hooters. It was then that she was noticed and got the invitation to live in the Playboy Mansion and also become one of the seven girlfriends of Hugh Hefner. From this point onwards her life changed.
After she accepted the offer of living at the Playboy Mansion, she soon became Hefner’s best girl and even started sharing his bedroom, while the other two girls Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson have their own rooms in the mansion. She was also announced as the top Hooters girls of all times in 2008. Madison has also had a nose surgery and breast augmentation done. She also has a lower back tattoo of playboy bunny.
Besides appearing on the show Madison has appeared on the Cover and inside of the Playboy magazine, in the years 2005, 2006 and 2008. She has also appeared on one of the episodes of ‘My Bare Lady’. In April 2007, Madison was featured nude in a PETA ad, alongside the tagline ‘I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur’.
Madison got very serious with Hugh Hefner and even went ahead stating that she would like to marry Hefner and have his children. During an interview even Hefner said that, “I love Holly very much and I think we’re going to be together the rest of my life, but marriage isn’t part of my puzzle. It’s not a personal thing; I just haven’t had much luck with marriages”. But soon afterwards the couple decided to break up. And Holly even decided to move out of the Playboy Mansion. But because she was in a contract with The Girls Next Door, she had to stay there until its sixth season. In 2008, she started going around with illusionist Criss Angel. But she broke up with him too in February 2009.
